PGEE – City of Geneva / Crissier

The acquisition and management of all the information necessary to carry out the PGEE was a key parameter for the success of this major project. The organization of data flows was also decisive for the project.

The working tool put in place made it possible to :

• secure internet access to all PGEE stakeholders,
• the centralization and security of data under Argis,
• centralized updating and correction of data,
• the fluidity of document exchanges with the City of Geneva and the administrations concerned (SEVAC, etc.),
• fine traceability of exchanges.

SPATIAL SA analyzed and implemented the entire organization and procedures to follow for data management: validation phase, edition of non-conformity sheet, management of non-conformities, within the framework of two PGEE mandates :

• City of Geneva, on behalf of the NEREE consortium, led by Daniel Starrenberger (B+S Ingénieurs Conseils SA),
• City of Crissier, in collaboration with the companies ESM and HOLLINGER, winners of the mandate of the General Water Evacuation Plan (PPGE) of this municipality.
